What format are the photos in?
All The NJBMXPhoto Store photos are in JPG format.

Do you add photos on a regular basis?
Yes. We add photos as they are taken. Click on "Newest Photos" to see the latest photos that we have posted.
Why are some rider faces dark in some photos and light in others?
The flash fills in the faces. But pending light conditions I sometimes choose not to use a flash as it might disturb the rider.
Also the flash recharge time is often greater then the time I have to catch a rider.
Do you offer refunds?
Once your purchase is made we can not offer a refund. The reason for this policy is because we offer full access to our entire digital collection of photos and, as such, there is no way for our products to be returned. On a rare occasion we will make exceptions on a case by case basis.
If you download a photo and it is not in focus please contact jmorgan@njbmxphoto.com and let me know. Attach the photo in question. Are there any restrictions on my use of the The NJBMXPhoto Store photos that I download?
Yes. While The NJBMXPhoto Store offers great freedoms and a wide ranges of uses, we do not allow the redistribution of our photos, or allow the use of our photos within products that are mass distributed in any type of archive format.
If I purchase a subscription are there any other fees I will encounter when downloading from the site?
No, an unlimited membership allows you full access to download any photos on our site at no extra charge.
Is account sharing allowed?
No, sharing an account is no different than distributing our materials to others. Individual accounts must be purchased by your friends and colleagues.
I bought a subscription, but it says I'm not activated, what do I do?
On rare occasions our merchant processors may not send the information of your transaction to our system, so your account may not be automatically activated. Therefore, if you have made a purchase of our yearly subscription and you are not able to access photos The NJBMXPhoto Store using your details, send a support request.
Is there someplace I can post and share digital photos?
Yes we also have a service NJBMX Photo Host which will allow you to post your photos and create:

Shipping for posters:
Posters are shipped in heavy-duty mailing tubes
Shipping and handling fee is based on ground transportation to one U.S. location:
• 1 poster: $6.95 except 42"x96" posters which are $22 per poster
• 2 posters: $8.95 total
• 3 posters: $10.95 total
We use superior materials and processes.
Our posters are printed with archival inks on heavy-duty, 10 mil photo luster paper.
• Original Reproduction: poster is a duplicate of the image you order.
• Watercolor Enhancement (optional): poster looks like a painting
• Laminated (optional): poster is laminated with a heavyweight, 5 mil film (reccommened if not going to be framed)

NOTE: When ordering 4x6 or 8x10 prints to be shipped be sure to add the shipping charges when you get to paypal.
I have yet to find a way to only charge one shipping fee for orders with different pictures.
The shipping charges are as follows:
$5.00 1 - 20 Prints (4x6 or 8x10) size via priority mail.
More then 20 ask for quote.
Remember: Downloading images allows you to print the images your self.
